there is this magical time between breakfast and morning nap; we dance, sing, dress up (or in eliza’s case, dress down), laugh, lounge, ignore the phone, ignore the mess, ignore the list, and just generally enjoy the free moments.
this hour of free-form joy is one of my favorite luxuries.

Yes! Oh this is what I’ve enjoyed while I’ve been at home after my operation (I got three weeks off – and just as Amélie started her summer hols too). I have to go back to work on Monday and I’m going to miss them so, these moments of unplanned happiness, silliness and love. Your girls are gorgeous. You’ll have to keep posting pictures so I can live vicariously through you.
