there was singing (inside the house and down the street, where i was singin’ for a living…), there was dancing, there were napping children, there was coffee in bed and a fresh copy of the ny times. we spent as much time as we could just rolling around, being unstructured. we also managed to sort and purge an entire bag of barbie excess (newly-sorted toys are like fresh discoveries; so many “new” things she’d forgotten about).

Baby Beauty turned 7-months old yesterday.
we’ve all been so relentlessly busy lately (and in the coming weeks will be head-spinningly busy once again); it was much-needed Quiet Time for us.

back to work today – a very long list to tackle – armed with a pot of coffee, two fresh green smoothies, and a computer-full of pictures… whee!
