well, we’re off. 12+ hours driving to Indianapolis, Bear’s hometown, to introduce Eliza to the Indy Crew and grab some pictures on the LOVE statue. 3.5 more driving hours to Evansville (with a pit stop at Boot City). i plan on taking pictures, going to horse races, catching up with dear family and friends, eating veggies fresh from the garden, and getting work done while the kids play. we’ll make a quick stop at the IU campus in Bloomington on our way back (and see some Little Pink Houses along the way), just to make sure the girls get their yearly infusion of Hoosier Pride.

some people we know spend their summers in Malta or Greece… we live it up in a Southern Indiana heatwave.
