seriously, you have no idea how busy i am right now. oh, i’m sure you’re busy too (but you look like you’re handling it so well!). i’m just a wee bit overwhelmed at the rehearsal schedule, the pictures to be edited (and not even a minute in the day to turn on the computer, much less make progress on client work), the emails demanding immediate attention, the marketing that needs to be done, the letter we got from the IRS last week (no worries, i think. they just want me to re-send a form. but it’s still a little alarming, particularly since our tax refund still hasn’t arrived)… i’m feeling a little bummed that i haven’t had time to start summer vacation with emma yet, while at the same time i’m needing to book more photo-sessions (and do even more work) in july.

it’s all or nothing around here lately.

after my afternoon rehearsal, we’re hopping in the car for a mini-roadtrip to connecticut; emma’s going to her first Phish concert. now that i think about it, that does sound like the beginning of summer…
