. . . . . . . . .
this morning i remembered something: i really like sleeping in.
in this case, “sleeping in” only meant “until 8:30″ ….but it was very nice indeed.
i didn’t have oliver until close to 10am, and emma slept in too, so i had the rare treat of an uninterrupted shower and coffee. (have i ever told you that i drink my first cup of morning coffee in the shower? yes, i’m a very odd duck.)
had a quick chat with a friend re: owl tattoos, religion, and being a mom… now it’s time to switch to fully-attentive-mode and take these kids out with some sidewalk chalk, soccer balls, and bicycles. i’d like to invent a bike rack for the stroller so when your kid is inevitably too tired or bored to bike all the way home after riding/playing in the park, you can just attach it to the stroller and go!
but i digress…..
quick list, and then (seriously! probably!) i’ll be back later.
happy thursday, y’all.

MCJ, that first photo literally made me gasp. Emma is growing up right before my eyes. She’s not a baby girl anymore, she’s just a little girl. WOW. So beautiful, looks just like her mom.
