things she loves (age 2.5):
-those raggedy purple shoes (currently shopping for new “puwple shoes!” so these can make an abrupt disappearance from the wardrobe…)
-pickles (“peekles!”)
-playdoh (which is perfect for grandma’s front porch, but the bane of my existence inside our apartment, with it’s crumbly remnants and muddy mixed-colors all over the place)
-washing her hands in the sink by herself
-talking on the phone (any time she sees me on the phone, she says “you talk-a me?”)
-playing “air piano”
-Pwincesses (especially The Little Mermaid and Snow White)
-having picnics (“neck necks”) with a basket full of plastic food, her tea set, and a checkered tablecloth
-books!  books!  books!
-dressing up, particularly with a cape
